Responsibilities — deliver HVAC/ventilation projects in an industrial context

• Plan site sequences, prioritize activities, and track progress to secure key dates.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to ensure smooth execution in line with site expectations.
  
• Orchestrate multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to maintain alignment on deliverables, constraints, and deadlines.
  
• Manage extras, changes, negotiations, and contractual commitments while protecting project objectives.
  
• Coordinate suppliers, specialized equipment, and delivery constraints in complex environments.
  
• Collaborate with internal design, drafting, engineering, service, and installation teams to resolve issues and advance the project.
  

Profile sought — essential for quick effectiveness

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in managing HVAC, ventilation, or building mechanical projects.
  
• Experience gained with a mechanical or specialized contractor.
  
• Concrete exposure to heavy commercial or industrial sites.
  
• Practical mastery of coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, extras, and schedules.
  
• Functional bilingualism required (communications with American suppliers and English-speaking partners).
  
• Field approach and attention to detail to anticipate and resolve operational issues.
  
• Comfortable working under pressure in an industrial environment, with demonstrated professional stability.
  

Conditions — compensation and benefits

• Annual Salary: $110,000 to $130,000.
  
• Annual Bonus: up to 10% of salary.
  
• Profit sharing based on performance and involvement.
  
• Vacation: 4 weeks from hire.
  
• Group insurance including dental.
  
• Reimbursement of mileage (no vehicle provided).
