Job Description
Join a pharmaceutical company located in Montreal as an Electromechanical Technician and contribute to the smooth operation of its production equipment, in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and improve manufacturing and packaging equipment while actively participating in preventive maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
Electromechanics, industrial equipment diagnostics, reading mechanical/electrical drawings, continuous improvement, GMP compliance.

Salary of $37 to $38/hour + evening shift premium of $1.75/hour
Schedule:
• Permanent full-time position
• Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.

Main Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment
• Replace and connect instruments or electronic components
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
• Draw sketches to guide interventions or parts manufacturing
• Participate in the development and updating of maintenance methods
• Propose projects to improve equipment performance
• Work according to GMP and SOPs and OHS standards
• Perform any other related tasks as needed
Required Skills:
• DEP or DEC in electromechanics or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a GMP or HACCP compliant environment (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food) is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP PM is an asset
